Today we shipped the Turkish Citizenship by Investment Calculator — a new tool that models the all-in cost of acquiring Turkish citizenship through the official investment routes.
The calculator covers the four routes currently available:
- Property — minimum US$400,000 in qualifying real estate.
- Bank deposit — minimum US$500,000 held with a Turkish bank for the required period.
- Government bonds — equivalent commitment in approved instruments.
- Investment funds — equivalent commitment in approved Turkish funds.
On top of the headline minimum, the calculator surfaces the costs that catch applicants out: notary and translation fees, attorney fees, valuation reports, title-deed (tapu) charges, family-member additions and the typical 6–9 month processing timeline.
Run it against your real numbers, then read the property guide and the residence permit guide for the surrounding context. The calculator is informational — final eligibility, qualifying-investment thresholds and the documentary requirements should be confirmed with a Turkish immigration advisor and the latest Investment Office guidance before committing capital.
