Türkiye Work Permit Subtypes

Fifteen work-permit categories under the International Workforce Law (Law 6735) — by legal type and by profession. Pick the subtype that matches your role and employer.

Türkiye's work-permit framework is governed by Law 6735 (Uluslararası İşgücü Kanunu, 2016) and administered by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı, MoLSS / ÇSGB) via the e-İzin portal. The 15 templated pages below cover both legal-type categories — definite-period (Article 10), indefinite-period (Article 11), independent (Article 12) and exceptional (Article 16) — and profession-specific files for the regulated roles MoLSS evaluates differently. Approved work permits issued under Law 6735 also serve as residence permits for the same period.
